Abstract

This study explores government policy innovations aimed at supporting the sustainable development of the marine economy. The research investigates the background and rationale behind recent policy shifts, focusing on integrated approaches that balance economic growth with environmental conservation. Utilizing qualitative methods, including policy analysis and stakeholder interviews, the study identifies key policy instruments and strategies that foster marine resource management, community empowerment, and technological innovation. Findings reveal that innovative policies promoting cross-sector collaboration, enhanced regulatory frameworks, and investment in blue economy technologies have contributed significantly to sustainable economic outcomes. The implications suggest that continuous policy adaptation and inclusive governance are essential to advancing a resilient and sustainable marine economy.
