Abstract

This study explores the optimization of maritime supply chain management through the integration of information systems. The research aims to enhance the efficiency and transparency of maritime logistics by implementing integrated digital platforms. Using a mixed-method approach, including qualitative interviews with industry experts and quantitative analysis of operational data, the study identifies critical factors that influence supply chain performance. Findings indicate that integrated information systems significantly improve coordination among stakeholders, reduce delays, and lower operational costs. The research highlights the importance of adopting advanced technologies for sustainable maritime supply chain management. Implications suggest that policymakers and practitioners should prioritize system integration to achieve competitive advantage and operational excellence in maritime logistics.
